Take a couple minutes and learn from our sweet sister Caris Abril about an exciting opportunity we have to take our personal and FRamily-wide prayer for REVIVAL to the next level in the coming weeks.
We have been praying for the Holy Spirit to revive us - first, as individuals; as His bride; then as a nation; and finally to every tribe, tongue, and people group. Revival has not only been a prayer in the Cornerstone FRamily, but a cry of many devoted followers of Christ across the world. The cry for revival has prompted a national and global event that is gaining momentum in the church:The Return.
The Return is a call to revival through repentance. The mission statement is Revival by individual, national, and global repentance. Based upon 2 Chronicles 7:14 and Joel 1:14, 2:12-13,The Return desires to unite Christ followers in a time of acknowledging personal and nation-wide sin, humbling ourselves before the Lord, and praying that the Lord help us - giving us spiritual fortitude and grace to not only recognize spiritual deficiency but to be remorseful in spirit, pleading for His mercy and forgiveness.
Joining inThe Return are notable evangelical Christian leaders such as Dr. James Dobson, Anne Graham Lotz, and Jonathan Cahn. Many brothers and sisters I know personally are also participating in this opportunity.
